This wonderful garden building is probably the most involved we have undertaken, split into three areas internally, insulated and lined in part, and with a multitude of interesting features.
The brief was to create a look as if the building had been there for decades, hence the use of reclaimed, high quality, rusty ironmongery where practical. The Corten roof is actually brand new, and is in the process of rusting as it should, within a week or so I expect it to be completely rusty, a wonderfully warm material. The front is clad in cedar, with cedar window sills, so will go grey over time, as will the end gable. I'll update the site with pictures it as it mellows with time.
