This imposing garden building sits high on a hill overlooking the wonderful Georgian city of Bath. The challenge here (apart from the 70 steps from trailer to site) was the roof, since the shed sits below the house and garden deck. This meant the appearance from above was more than usually important. The brief was a shed as low as possible, with a slate roof, and flat roofs and slate are not happy bed fellows. We solved this by putting a durable waterproof roof under the purely decorative slate one. Job done, poshly!
